Grievers, Listeners, Singers. Anyone seeking solace, nourishment and restoration in painful times of loss. You are invited into a healing experience, to harness the power of song and ritual in this 4-week series beginning Tuesday March 4 at 8pm. Shonali Banerjee guides a Song Circle meant to nourish, soothe and align as you move through the changes & challenges of grief. You will be reminded of your humanity through songs dedicated to the natural word, to archetypal energies and to deities from various traditions. Each session compassionately invites you to come as you are. There will be opportunities to connect with the group and sing if desired and to simply listen, rest, and receive Shonali’s healing songs. The offering may include very gentle movement with plenty of space to lie down and rest.
