What
Dreams are a royal road to a rich conversation --with other people and your own inner world. This group is a chance to explore and learn about dreams: how to work with them, how to recall them, how to use them to deepen your life experience.
We will be playing, particularly, with dream theater.
Performance and theater are central in the ancient shamanic practices of dream healing. Dream Theater brings all the elements of a dream to life - the dreamer can run with their dream wolf, push back a dream wave, or have a conversation with the doorknob of their dream.
In a group, we will share a dream to play with. The dreamer will then choose the cast, set the stage, choreograph the moves, and watch their dream play out - making adjustments, refinements and additions as they're called. Then we'll pause and take note - the dreamer…
