What

If you are seeking support, care, healing, understanding, and a listening ear, along with our  other-than-human kin, I offer care for you and your grief.

There are two options for Grief Care: Meeting together over five, 1 to 1.5 hour sessions, we create and nurture a supportive container for your grief.

In these sessions, we will engage in gentle, somatic and sense-based practices.

We’ll intentionally build and nurture your connection to the wider web of being for care, support, and guidance.

We may also call on support from practices such as art, journaling, tarot and oracle cards, as well as other technologies and tools to better understand and support your grief.

If you choose, our 5th session will take place in the forest.

Or, you’re welcome to choose a one-time, 1.5 hour appointment that incorporates many of the above elements.

To support you during and after our time together, I’ll offer a custom-crafted herbal tea, crafted of plant allies who especially offer love and care while grieving (such as Rose, Cedar, Hawthorn, Nettles, Motherwort, Yarrow, and Others).  Whether starting with one session or 5 is right for you, if you’d like to return for additional support, I welcome this possibility and conversation.

I also offer free, 15 minute consultations so that you can better determine whether Grief Care is right for you.
