What

Gather this winter to share soup and grief in community.

Celeste will facilitate a grief spill where folks get the opportunity to share how grief is being carried with them that evening. She will also bring a soup base and participants are invited to bring an ingredient that can be added to the pot to cook. About an hour in we will break from sharing to get soup and then resume for the remainder of our time together. Feel free to bring a bread or dessert if you feel called to do so.

Grief can visit us in many forms, all of them are welcome in this community soup we will make together. This is not a place for feedback or problem solving, it is a place to safely share your grief. We will share space as free from judgment as we can manage and recognize the nourishment we get…
