What
Often overlooked in conversations about grief, sibling loss carries unique emotional and relational challenges.
To address this gap, the Grief House and facilitator Ben Harris bring you "Sibling Strong," a peer-support group exclusively for adult siblings who have lost a brother or sister (or -half or -step brother or sister).
Over the course of 90 minutes, facilitator Ben Harris will welcome the group; set expectations for this and upcoming sessions; lay a few friendly ground rules to create a safe, confidential space; welcome our group to introduce ourselves to each other; and then we'll, to our own comfort level, share some of the pieces of our stories currently on our hearts.

You are never required to speak, outside of a brief circle of introductions at the beginning, but this sacred space is safe for you…
