Nature knows how to process loss, there's nothing new to invent. Sometimes it is hard to remember that we too are a part of nature. This can show up brightly in the ways we've come to manage grief. We invite you to join us in the woods, where our grief can be held.
What to expect at this gathering:
A grounding exercise
Grief Spill - we will take turns sharing whatever is overflowing for us, when not sharing we will hold space and witness for others
