What
Spring Cleansing is a 30 minute experience of being cleared and cleansed of energetic debris.
We'll begin with a quick check-in; take stock of what you're holding, what you'd like to loosen or firm up. I'll get a sense for who your allies are - the traditions you connect with, the energy and elements that feel most useful and aligned.
The clearing work will be done fully clothed. We'll find a resting position that provides ease and support for your body. You might choose to lie on a massage table, supported in whatever ways feel needed, or take a comfortable seat in a chair.
With rattles, smoke, bells, and prayer, I will utilize cross-cultural techniques to shift and cleanse your energy field. Often times this can have the effect of creating more lightness in the body, clarity in the mind, and strengthening of the spirit.
