What
We will take time to witness and tend to the wounded spaces within our bodies and the wounds of more-than-human beings, to honor community and interconnection.
Avoidance of grief and seeking “quick fixes” for discomfort is prioritized in dominate U.S. culture. This offering will provide space to slow down and tune into the presence of wounds.
We will gently hold awareness of our wounds and the areas within our bodies that sustain us. We will then go outdoors to invite our community of more-than-human beings into our practice - witness their wounds and the ecosystems that surround them. From that place of witnessing and gently holding space for pain, we will build relationships that foster reciprocity and connection.
